The Complete Course of Pottery, absolutely customizable, includes a Clay Modeling Course followed by a Decoration Course. The Complete Course allows students to manipulate clay so as to create their own object and then decorate it according to their chosen technique, obtaining a finished, unique and authentic object, made with their own hands. The student can choose the number of hours to attend both courses, even though the Studio recommends a minimum of 18 hours for each course.

The clay can be modeled according to different PROCESSING TECHNIQUES. Each technique has a different course module:
Course M1 - LASTRE
Course M2 - COLOMBINO
Course M3 - POLLICE

The pottery, in turn, can be decorated using different DECORATION TECHNIQUES. Each technique has a different course module:
Course D1 - ENGOBE
Course D2 - MAJOLICA (above the enamel)
Couse D3 - Under-glaze decoration

The price includes:

Clay, use of tools, enamels, colors in sufficient proportions, teacher, 2 bakings.

The price does not include:

Board and accommodation.

Accommodation:

The Studio offers various types of accommodation (guest-rooms (FO), room in apartment (AP), APK, mini apartment (MP)). If the student is interested in one of the aforementioned types, he/she will have to notify the Studio at the booking time in order to know the availability and costs. Alternatively, the student can make alternative arrangements for lodging. In this case the Atelier La Goccia is available to provide information and prices of the facilities with which it has an agreement (B & B downtown Carrara).

Note!

The Studio Atelier La Goccia also offers the possibility to rent a space in the workshop, to practice and/or to freely implement your ideas. Also in this case the booking can be agreed directly with the Studio.
