Yoga is a complementary practice for any creative process (sculpture, modeling, painting, dance, music, etc.) because it allows us to relate better to the world around us, here and now, to be in harmony with the spontaneous movement of life. For this reason, also this year in August at Arco Arte we will host Ghislaine Vivante, yoga teacher, who will be available to students who wish to combine their course in sculpture or majolica with yoga exercise or to combine a yoga session with some massages.
Yoga&Marble, Yoga&Clay, Yoga&Massages
In August 2020, during your stay at Arco Arte, you may decide to combine your sculpture or majolica course with a few hours of yoga, freely choosing whether to practice it 1 or 2 hours a day, as you wish. This year it will also be possible to follow Yoga sessions combined with specific massages. More information soon!
Lessons will be held in the morning and evening.
Teacher: Ghislaine Vivante (e-mail: email@example.com)
At Arco Arte you can have the pleasure of following intensive lessons, workshops or experiences (you can call them whatever you want!) Of Italian and traditional local cuisine. These courses are designed primarily for carers who do not follow sculpture courses but who would like to spend a part of their free time learning something new.
The Italian and cooking lessons are a novelty 2020 at Arco Arte, are organized by the group of professionals "In Tuscany" and can be agreed at the time of booking.
